摘要
目的利用读书报告会形式提高实习护生综合素质。方法对大专实习护生进行读书报告的培训,定期召开读书报告会,并采用自制问卷对其进行调查。结果实习护生查阅文献、知识总结、多媒体制作、沟通表达等能力明显提高,学习兴趣显著增强(P<0.01)。结论读书报告会有助于实习护生综合素质的提高,值得在护生临床带教中应用推广。
Objective To determine the effects of reading and reporting meeting on improving the integral qualities of nursing students. Methods The reading and reporting activities involved college nursing students and the effects were evaluated by a seXf - designed questionnaire. Results The nursing students ＂abilities of searching literature, making summaries, developing multi -media material, and communication skills and learning interest increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The reading and reporting activities are beneficial for nursing students to improve their integral qualities,and worthy of being implemented in elinical teaching.
