摘要
对红景天胶囊的抗疲劳作用进行了研究。试验中将小鼠按体重随机分为三个组,即对照组、红景天胶囊高剂量组(1.0g/kg·bw)和红景天胶囊低剂量组(0.5g/kg·bw)。小鼠每天灌胃给药0.1mL/10g,连续30d后测定小鼠负重游泳时间和运动后血清尿素氮、肝糖原和血乳酸的含量。结果显示实验组小鼠较对照组小鼠负重游泳时间显著增加,实验组小鼠运动后血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量比相同条件下对照组小鼠显著降低,而肝糖原的含量比相同条件下对照组小鼠明显增高。从而表明,红景天胶囊具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
The anti-fatigue effects of Rhodiola Capsule were studied in this paper. The mice were randomly divided into the control group and two experimental groups according to their weight, and the dosage of Rhodiola Capsule taken by the mice in the experimental groups were 1.0 g/kg · bw,0.5 g/kg · bw. Every mouse was feed 0.1 mL/10 g Rhodiola Capsule solvent every day continuously for 30 d. The swimming time of the mice and the content of serum urea-nitrogen, hepatic glycogen and lactic acid were measured. The swimming time of the mice were longer than that of the control group, and the content of hepatic glycogen was higher than the control group. The serum urea nitrogen and serum lactic acid contents were lower than that of the control group significantly. The results indicated that the Rhodiola Capsule has significant anti-fatigue effect on the mice.
