摘要
本实验将小鼠随机分成对照、高剂量(1.4g/kg·d)、低剂量(O.7g/kg·d)3组,灌胃给药14d后,采用常压耐缺氧实验、NaNO2中毒实验和耐高、低温试验方法,以小鼠存活时间为指标,同时测定小鼠血红蛋白含量,观察红景天软胶囊对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。结果显示红景天软胶囊可显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、NaNO2中毒存活时间和对高、低温的耐受时间,并能明显提高小鼠血红蛋白含量。表明红景天软胶囊可显著提高小鼠抗应激能力,即“适应原”作用。
In order to observe the anti-stress effect of Rhod/oht Capsule in mice, the mice were randomly divided into three groups according to their weight, and the dosage of Rhodiola Capsule taken by the mice in the experimental groups were 1.4,0.7 g/kg · d continuously for 14 d. Then we measured anti-stress tests like resistance to lack of oxygen,resist- ance to NANO2, resistance to high and low temperature. And we determined the content of Hb at the same time. The results showed that the survival time of the tested mice were longer than the control group. And the content of Hb was higher than the control group. It is proved that Rhodiola Capsule had certain anti-stress actions.
