摘要
采用高效液相色谱法鉴别人参根总皂苷和人参茎叶总皂苷。采用色谱柱Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:A为乙腈,B为0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱0~30min19%A,30~35min19%~24%A,35—60min24%-40%A。柱温:35℃,检测波长:203nm,流速:1.3mL/min。试验结果表明人参根总皂苷和人参茎叶总皂苷的特征图谱有明显区别,为人参皂苷提取物质量控制新模式的建立提供了依据。
To study the HPLC characteristic prints of general ginsenoside in extract of ginseng radix and stem and leave, HPLC with Hypersil-C 18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column was used, the CH3 CN-0. 1% H3 PO4 ( gradient elution) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.3 mL/min and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Characteristic prints of general ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng radix and stem and leave is difference. The method can be used for the quality control of general ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng.
