摘要
用气相色谱法测定了强力生发灵甲液中的人参皂苷Ｒ_ｅ与Ｒ_（ｇ１），给出了样品预处理和样品分析的最佳条件。以信噪比为２作标准，直接测得Ｒ_ｅ，Ｒ_（ｇ１）的最小检测限分别为８．９×１０^（－１２）和５．４×１０^（－１２）ｇ·ｓ^（－１）；回收率分别为９２％～１０６％和７０％～７７％。
Ginseng saponins R_e,R_(g1) in China hair lotion(CH5+) liquid A as the trimethylsilyl derivatives are detected by the gas chromatography and the optimal operating conditions are presented.The minimum detectable levels are 8.9 ×10￣(-12)g·s￣(-1) for Re and 5.4 ×10￣(-12) g·s￣(-1) for Rg1.The recovery of R_e and R_(g1) is 92%￣106%,and 70%￣77% respectively.
