摘要
从野牡丹（Melastoma candidum D．Don）丙酮溶液中分离得到6个酚性化合物，经波谱数据分析及与文献对照，分别鉴定为苯甲酸（1），没食子酸（2），没食子酸甲酯（3）芹菜素（4），木犀草素（5），芹菜素-4＇-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（6）。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Six phenolic constituents were isolated from the 70% acetone extract of Melastoma candidum D. Don by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and identified as benzoic acid（ 1）, gallic acid（2）, gaUicin（3）, apigenin（4） ,luteolin（5） ,apigenin 4＇-O-β-D-glucopyranosid（6） on the basis of spectral data. All these compounds were obtained from Melastoma candidum for the first time.
