摘要
从野牡丹(Melastoma candidum D.Don)丙酮溶液中分离得到6个酚性化合物,经波谱数据分析及与文献对照,分别鉴定为苯甲酸(1),没食子酸(2),没食子酸甲酯(3)芹菜素(4),木犀草素(5),芹菜素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Six phenolic constituents were isolated from the 70% acetone extract of Melastoma candidum D. Don by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and identified as benzoic acid( 1), gallic acid(2), gaUicin(3), apigenin(4) ,luteolin(5) ,apigenin 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranosid(6) on the basis of spectral data. All these compounds were obtained from Melastoma candidum for the first time.
