摘要
目前国家和地方高度重视全科医生队伍的建设,并把全科医生队伍建设作为基层医疗卫生队伍建设的突破口。浙江省从2000年起开展了不同层次的全科医生培训,积累了相关经验。文章通过对各项工作的梳理和分析,初步归纳总结相关经验,提出若干建议,以促进基层全科医生队伍的建设。
At present, great importance has been attached to the construction of general practitioner team and has been considered as the breakthrough of basic healthcare contingent construction by our country and provinces. General practitioners have been trained in different lev- els in Zhejiang province since 2000, and experience has been accumulated. This paper systemizes and analyzes the related affairs, generalizes the experience, and puts forward several suggestions in order to promote basic general practitioner team building.
