摘要
通过文献分析了解远程心电监护系统的发展历程和现状,结合武汉大学人民医院所建立的远程监护三级管理系统的实践,认为目前我国远程心电系统发展较为成熟,但社区应用、管理等方面不理想,还未形成完善的管理系统。应积极推动社区与远程监护系统相结合,完善社区管理,减少社区心血管患者意外事件的发生,提高其生活质量。
The paper aimed at understanding the development and present situation oti a telemedicine EGG momtonng system through literature analysis, based on the three leve[ management in remote monitoring network established by Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, and explained that our country remote ECG system development is relatively mature, but the community application is not ideal, and has a relatively sound management program. We should actively promote community and remote monitoring system combining, improve community management, community cardiovascular patients to reduce accidents, improve the quality of life.
