摘要
从实践来看,我国对于医事法律人才的社会需求是迫切的,这也是促使医学院校争相开设医事法学教育的重要动因。然而,经过若干年的实践,我国的医事法学教育所暴露出的问题越来越多,如果不及时"诊治"并从长计议,将严重桎梏其自身发展和价值实现。
In practice, the talented persons of medical jurisprudence are urgently needed by the society in China, and this is the important motive for which the most medical colleges compete to set up education of medical jurisprudence. However, after several years＇ experience, the problems exposed in education of medical jurisprudence are more and more. If not timely diagnosed and treated, and give a further thought, its development and implementation of value will be shackled heavily.
