结缔组织生长因子fCTGF)是CCN家族成员之一。CCN(CTGF、Cef10/cyr61和Nov的缩写)家族包括半光氨酸富集蛋自(cysteine—rich61,CYR61/CCN1)、CTGF(CCN2)、肾母细胞瘤过度表达蛋白(ne—phroblastoma overexpressed,NOV/CCN3)、
