摘要
用差热分析、 X射线衍射、冲击法等方法研究了铁基非晶 Fe72 .5Cu1 Nb2 V2 Si1 3 .5 B9合金及其经不同温度退火处理后材料的结构和磁性。结果表明 ,合金经 35 0℃退火 ,结构短程有序范围扩大 ,材料磁化比非晶合金容易 ;经 5 2 0~5 6 0℃退火 ,α- Fe(Si)晶粒析出 ,得到微晶结构并具有优良的软磁性能 ,例如相对初始磁导率 μi≥ 4.7× 10 4,矫顽力 Hc≤ 1.4A/ m;在 6 2 0℃以上退火 ,第二相 Fex By析出 ,材料磁化困难 。
The structures and magnetic properties for amorphous and annealed Fe72 .5 Cu1 Nb2 V2 Si1 3 .5 B9alloys at various temperatures in the range of35 0~ 75 0℃ were studied by means of differential thermal analysis,X- ray diffraction and ballistic galvanometer. The results showed that,with the increase of temperature short- range order expanded the magnetization of annealed alloy at35 0℃ is more easier than thatof amorphpous alloy.A microcrystallite structure and superior soft magnetic properties e.g,high relative initial permeability ofμi≥ 4.7× 10 4,low coercivity of Hc≤ 1.4A/m can be obtained by annealing at 5 2 0~ 5 6 0℃ . Annealing above 6 2 0℃ ,the second phase Fex By precipitated,soft magnetic properties deteriorated rapidly.
