摘要
佐剂是一种能促进抗原作用的非特异性免疫增强剂,在疫苗的研究与应用中尤为重要,而目前适用于人体的疫苗佐剂不多,无疑它是疫苗研究中的重点,近年来这一领域进展迅速.本文介绍了已经应用及几种尚未被批准使用,但比较有希望的佐剂,并分析了佐剂的研究热点.
Adjuvant is a non-specific immune enhancer which can promote the role of antigen. It is particularly important in vaccine research and application. However, vaccine adjuvant for human is rather less. It is the focus of vaccine research, with rapid progress in this area in recent years. This review provides a summary of applied and several not yet approved for use but promising adjuvants,and highlight of adjuvant research.
