US and SCO:From Bush to Obama

摘要随着奥巴马政府调整美国的外交政策和阿富汗局势的恶化,有迹象显示美国可能会改变对上海合作组织的政策,从务实的角度加强与上海合作组织的合作,发展与上海合作组织的关系。 With US foreign policy shift in Obama administration and the deteriorated situation in Afghanistan,there are early signs of policy adjustment towards Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).US is likely to enhance its cooperation and strengthen the ties with SCO in a more practical manner in the future.
