摘要
研究生导师在研究生培养中起着举足轻重的作用。从研究生培养机制改革的视角出发,探析研究生导师队伍中存在的问题,剖析其原因,提出加强导师队伍建设的对策,具有积极的现实意义。
Supervisors have an important role on cultivating postgraduates. From the perspective of the reformation of postgraduate cultivating mechanism, the paper analyzes the problems of present supervisor team and their causes, on which some countermeasures are put forward.
