摘要
分析了矿井提升机调速控制系统现状,指出了调速系统中所面临的主要问题,外部干扰和系统参数摄动问题。建立了直流电机调速系统数学模型,给出了基于H∞理论的调速控制器设计方案,绘制了控制原理框图,求解了Riccati方程,得到了H∞控制器的传递函数。仿真结果表明,控制器对于工况环境干扰和系统参数摄动具有很强的鲁棒性能,系统调整时间和调速率得到了较好的改善。
Analyzed the situation of the mine hoist speed controller, pointed out the main problems in the speed control system, that is external disturbances and system parameter perturbation. DC motor speed control system mathematical model was set up, the design of speed controller based on H∞ theory was given too, drew a diagram of control principle, solving the Riccati equation, the transfer function of H∞ controller was given. Simulation results show that, the controller has a strong robust performance to the environment and system parameters perturbation, time-adjusted and speed transfer rate of system have been improved greatly.
