摘要
针对矿井提升机恒减速控制系统的特点,提出了采用自适应模糊控制策略对提升机减速度进行控制,通过采用 RBF 神经网络对被控对象进行在线辨识,采用梯度下降法在线修正模糊控制器的模糊控制规则的方法,实现了该控制策略。基于此策略,利用 Atmega16单片机和 Virtex2 PRO FPGA 芯片构建了矿井提升机恒减速控制系统,仿真结果表明该控制方法具有良好的控制品质。
In view of the characteristics of the constant deceleration control system in a mine hoist, the adaptive fuzzy control strategy is proposed to control the deceleration of the mine hoist. The strategy is implemented by using the RBF neural network to fulfill online identification of the controlled plant and modifying the fuzzy control rule of the fuzzy controller by means of gradient descent. Based on this strategy. the constant deceleration contrtol system in mine hoist is built by using Atmega 16 micro chip unit and Virtex2 PRO FPGA. The simulation results show that this control method has favorable control efficiency.
