摘要
分析了电火花加工过程中,影响加工质量的各种干扰因素及其各种不稳定的表现形式;提出了预防和降低干扰因素的有效措施以及保持稳定放电加工、提高加工质量的方法。
Some coutermeasures and unsteady performance in EDM mac were analysed, some measures to prevent and reduce countermeasures were put forward, for the sake of keeping the discharge machining steady and improving the processing quality.
