摘要
分析了电火花加工过程中影响加工质量的各种干扰因素产生的原因,并从电火花加工实际出发,提出了预防和降低干扰因素的有效措施以及保持稳定放电加工、提高加工质量的方法。
The paper analyses the disturbed factors which influence the surface quality in the electrosparking. Based on practice, the essay gives effective methods about how to prevent and reduce disturbed factors in electrosparking, at the same time, it gives some methods of keeping electric spark machining stable and improving the quality of products.
