摘要
筛选了适合LY12铝合金的化铣槽液配方,并探讨了影响化铣加工速率、表面粗糙度以及浸蚀比的主要因素。研究结果表明:化铣溶液的配比为ρ(NaOH)=180g/L、ρ(三乙醇胺)=35g/L、ρ(Na2S)=20g/L、ρ(Al3+)=25g/L可获得较好的综合性能。化铣速率取决于NaOH质量浓度和温度,随着NaOH质量浓度和温度的升高,化铣速率增加。溶液中Al3+的存在会影响化铣速率、表面质量和浸蚀比,Al3+质量浓度增加,化铣速率降低,表面粗糙度先降低后升高,浸蚀比总体呈下降趋势。
In this paper, the solution formula for LY12 aluminum alloy was determined, and the major influencing factors of milling rate, surface roughness, ratio of milling width and depth were investigated. The major ingredients include ρ(NaOH) =180 g/L, ρ(TEA) = 35 g/L,ρ( Na2S) = 20 g/L, ρ( Al^3+) = 25 g/L. Milling rate depends on the concentration of NaOH and temperature, and it is improved with the increasing NaOH concentration and temperature. The existence of Al^3+ has the impact on milling rate, surface quality, ratio of milling width and depth. When the content of aluminum ion increases, milling rate slows down, and surface roughness initially decreases, then increases. Ratio of milling width and depth is 1. 0-1. 4 and generally shows the decrease tendency with increasing content of aluminum ion.
