摘要
以手机外壳为例,利用UG软件提供的MoldWizard和CAM数控编程两大模块,完成了从模具设计到数控铣加工的全过程,UG等CAD/CAM一体化软件在模具行业中的应用,大大减少了模具设计制造的周期,取得了显著的经济效益。
As the mobile telephone's crust for example the authors complete the design of plastic injection mold and the NC manufacturing of mold's core with the MoldWizard and the CAM included in UG software.The usages of UG software and other similar CAD/CAM softwares in mold industry decrease the time of mold-making with the result of increasing economics efficiency.
