复合材料发动机机体振动试验及模态分析

摘要 对复合材料发动机机体进行了振动试验。试验测量了多点的加速度信号,并用信号处理机进行了数据处理,获得了该机体振动的各阶固有频率、振型及其它模态参数。这些动态特性参数为整机的防振、隔振提供了可靠的参考,为对机体进行有限元模态计算提供了修正和依据。 Vibration test of the block of composite engine was performed in this paper. After surveying many points′ signals of acceleration, date analysis was carried out with signal processor and the block′s each state of natural frequency, oscillation mode and others modal parameters were obtained. Parameters of the block′s dynamic characteristic can provide us a reliable reference to engine′s antivibration and vibration isolation. These also are used as modification and base for finite element calculation of block′s modality.
