摘要
简要介绍了监理制度推行以来的积极作用,对监理制度存在的问题进行了分析,阐述了监理制度的弊端,指出日后应逐步取消强制监理制度,将委托监理这一权力交还给业主方,以期促使监理行业实现良性发展。
The paper introduces the pesitive effect of the implementation of the supervision system, analyzes the problems in the supervision system, illustrates the shortages of the supervision system, and points out the enforced supervision system can be gradually cancelled and transfer the right of the supervision to owners, so as to enhance the realization of healthy development of the supervision industry.
