摘要
薄弱学校改进是一个世界性的课题,在我国,它是实现教育公正必须解决的问题。从制度分析理论视角看,竞争机制与行政主导是我国公立薄弱学校产生的两个主要原因。薄弱学校的改进,一方面需要确立非竞争性理念、教育性理念和公共性理念;另一方面则需要通过薄弱学校的自我改进与自我努力,强化自我担当意识,把教育-学习共同体作为学校建设的目标。
Weak school improvement is not only a worldwide issue, but also a tough problem that must solve in order to achieve educational fair and justice in our country. From the system analyzing theory perspective, competitive mechanism and the executiveled government are two main reasons that result in China's weak public schools. To improve weak schools, on the one hand, we need to establish a basic idea that is non-competitive philosophy, educational philosophy and the public nature philosophy; on the other hand, it needs school's self-improvement and self-effort to strengthen the sense of the school's self-play and strive to build an education-learning community.
