摘要
分析DEA模型对产学研合作绩效评价有效性的前提下,选取山西省10个市作为决策单元构建了模型指标体系,将搜集到的产学研原始数据代入DEA模型,应用DEAP 2.1软件进行求解,得到产学研合作创新相对效率值。针对阳泉市产学研效率值非DEA有效的情况,根据模型中的改进措施设计改进方案,使DEA效率值达到有效,并提出加大资金投入、培养科研人才、提高资金利用效率和科研成果转化能力的对策和建议。
Under the premise of analyzing the efficiency of DEA model for performance evaluation of industry-college-institute cooperation, the paper selects ten cities in Shanxi province to construct model index system as a decision-making unit, puts the collected industry-college-institute raw data into DEA model, uses DEAP2. 1 software to find the solution, and finally gets the relative efficiency ratio of the industry-college-institute cooperation and innovation. Based industry-college-institute （that is, non-DEA） effective, the according to the improving measures in model, makes DEA on Yangquan＇ s efficiency ratio of the paper designs the improving programme efficiency ratio effective, and proposes to enlarge capital investment, cultivates scientific research people, improves the capital usage efficiency, and increases the researching results transferring to the utilities.
