摘要
科技创新专项资金是天津市政府于2005年设立的一项科技计划,实施两年来,陆续支持了一批重大高新技术成果转化项目和人才引进等项目,目前,部分项目已陆续到验收期,为了对其执行效果进行评价,本文设计了专项资金的绩效评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标权重。
Science and technology innovation funds are set up by Tianjin Municipal Government in 2005.During the implementation of the past two years,the funds continuously support a number of major high - tech trasformation projects and the projects for introducing talent.At present,part of the projects have come to the end,in order to evaluate the results,an evaluation system is designed and AHP is used to determine the weight of each indicator.
