摘要
煤炭是主要的能源构成,对经济发展具有举足轻重的作用。在成熟的市场上,价格指数已成为指导交易的重要依据。山西是煤炭大省,建立煤炭价格指数可以从宏观上调控市场需求,煤炭价格指数所提供的价格标尺,可以合理解决供需双方在价格谈判上的矛盾,形成山西煤炭企业和煤炭运销部门健康有序运作的一个基本平台之一,也是山西发展煤炭经济、促进煤炭产业结构调整的需要。
Coal is the main composition of energy, and plays a decisive role in economic development. In the mature markets, price index has become an important basis for guiding transaction. Shanxi is a main producer of coal, and the establishment of the coal index can control market demand from the macro view. Price criteria which is provided by the coal price index can not only reasonably solve contradiction between supply and demand on the price negotiations, but also form one of healthy and orderly basic platform for Shanxi coal enterprises and coal distribution sector, and in addition it is also the need to develop Shanxi coal economy and promote coal industrial restructure.
