摘要
针对地震救灾物资运输方案优化设计原则——在满足各灾区救灾物资需求量的前提下使总运输费用最小,引入最小费用最大流理论建立数学模型,讨论了该理论在地震救灾物资运输中的运用,最后给出一个算例验证了该模型的有效性。
Aiming at the design discipline about optimizing earthquake relief transport, a model is set up by introducing the theory minimum cost max-flow, the application of the theory into earthquake relief transport is discussed, at last a case is given to check the validity of the model in the article.
