摘要
研究了热处理对TiO2粉末光催化活性的影响.结果表明,加热温度和加热时间是影响TiO2光催化活性最主要的因素;样品由非晶向锐钛矿型转变的温度为429℃;当600℃热处理5h、锐钛矿型与金红石型的比例为83/17时,TiO2的光催化活性最高.
The effect of heat treatment on the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 was studied. The results showed that the heating temperature and time were primary factors which affect the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2. The transition temperature of samples from amorphous structure to anatase phase was 429 ℃. The photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 was the highest when heating for 5h at 600℃ and the anatase phase over the rutile phase eguals 83/17.
