双波长分光光度法测定化学需氧量

摘要 采用了双波长分光光度法测定化学需氧量,最佳实验条件为:波长为530 nm和580 nm,加热温度92℃,加热时间22 m in,显色时间的影响可以忽略.在最佳条件下经回归分析获取标准曲线方程为y=134.6x^0.886 4.测定不同水样的吸光度,经计算获得COD值,精密度在2.81%-4.05%. Determination of chemical oxygen demand by the method of double wavelength sprctrophotophy, the best experimental conditions: wavelengths are 530 nm and 580 nm, heating-up temperature is 92 ℃, heating time is 22 min, color development time may be neglected. Standard curve equation is y = 134.6x^0.8864. The equation is obtained by regression analysis in the best experimental condition. Determines the absorbency of different sample , then obtains the data of COD by caculating. The precision of double wavelength spectrophotography is between 2.81% and 4.05%.
