音乐本是一门艺术,但其在心理健康中的治疗作用不可忽视.阐述了音乐治疗的定义,论述了音乐治疗的心理机制,重点探讨了音乐治疗在高校心理健康教育与心理咨询中的应用及实施途径.
Music therapy is widely applied. This paper reviews the definition and the mechanism of music therapy, focusing on the implementation of music therapy in college students＇ mental health education and psychological counseling.
