摘要
气体钻井装备配套主要涉及注气管线及排砂管线的配置和优化。根据国内现有气体钻井装备,结合气体钻井实践经验,利用理论分析方法,对注气管线及排砂管的配置和优化进行了研究,完成了注气管线尺寸的优化计算与撬装式流量计管汇、撬装式卸压管汇等注气管线关键部件的结构设计,以及排砂管线尺寸的优化计算与岩屑取样器、气体取样器、降尘注水短节等排砂管线关键部件的结构设计,基本形成了气体钻井装备配套方案。
Air-drilling equipments include the configuration and optimization of both gas-injection and clearance pipelines. Investigating the existing equipments in China, combining with practical experiences of air drilling and utilizing theoretical analysis method, we illustrate the configuration and optimization of the pipelines in this study; calculate optimally the size of gas-injection pipeline, design its structure of both skid-mounted meter and skid-mounted pressure-relief manifold; meanwhile, calculate optimally the size of clearance pipeline, design its structure of cuttings sampler, gas sampler, dust-falling water-injection short section. A plan of air-drilling equipments with better structure, perfect function and high integration has been formed.
