恒压偏置条件下的微测辐射热计电流响应率的理论分析

The theoretical analysis on current-responsivity for micro-bolometer under constant voltage bias method

摘要 针对微测辐射热计型焦平面,指出恒压偏置方式下传统的电流响应率处理方式的不足,建立了微测辐射热计红外响应的热学物理模型,理论上精确地推导出电流响应率的表达式,为微测辐射热计型焦平面的精确校正提供了理论的依据。 In this paper, for micro-bolometric focal plane arrays, we point out the imperfection of conventional current-responsivity processing means under constant voltage bias method, set up the physical thermal model of the micro-bolometer in response to infrared, and accurately deduce the expression of current-responsivity in theory, which provides a theoretical base for accurate correction of micro-bolometric focal plane arrays.
