摘要 目的查找江西中医学院暴发甲型肝炎(以下简称甲肝)疫情的原因。方法采用1∶2配比病例对照研究方法对可疑的危险因素进行分析,应用Epi Data软件录入数据和校验,采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:籍贯不同、在银河美食城就餐、食用凉皮、凉面、喝开水、饭前洗手差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中在银河就餐、食用凉皮、凉面OR值>1,是发病的可能危险因素;喝开水、饭前洗手OR值<1,为保护因素。结论造成此起甲肝流行的原因是由食堂从业人员引起的食源性暴发,银河美食城内陕西风味小吃店的厨师是甲肝隐性感染者,他生产制作的被污染食品是造成本次甲肝暴发的主要原因。 Objective To investigate the risk factors of an outbreak of hepatitis A in a college in Jiangxi Province. Methods The 1 : 2 matched case-control study was performed for the risk factors of an outbreak of hepatitis A, and Epi Data and SPSS 11.5 were tLsed for record and statistical analysis. Results The multiple Logistic regression showed that the different origins, dining in the Yinhe Food City, consumption of Liangpi, consumption of cold noodle, drinking boiled water, and washing hands before eating had statistical significance, P 〈0.05. Dining in the Yinhe Food City and consumption of Liangpi, and consumption of cold noodle were the possible risk factors, OR〉 1, and drinking boiled water and washing hands before eating were the protective factors, OR( 1. Conclusions This outbreak of hepatitis A in a college is caused by a chef who is a latent hepatitis infection person in the Yinhe Food City, and his food production was contaminated.
