摘要 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法取52例恶性肿瘤患者HIFU治疗前和治疗后7d外周血2ml,用流式细胞仪检测NK、rdT、CD4+T、CD8+T细胞百分数和CD4+/CD8+。结果经HIFU治疗后患者的NK细胞、rdT细胞百分数显著升高(P<0.05),CD4+T细胞百分数和CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞百分数则下降(P<0.05)。结论HIFU既能非侵入性、微创、准确、适形灭活肿瘤,又能提高恶性肿瘤患者机体内的细胞免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasoUndon on cellular immune function of. patients with malignant tumor. Methods The levels of NK,rdT,CD4^+T,CD8^+T in 52 malignant tumor cases under HIFU treatment before and seven days after treatment were determined by flow cytometry. Results After treatment the levels of NK cells, rdT cell, CD4^+T cell and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly increased (P〈0.05). While the level of CD8^+T cell decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusions HIFU is a non-invasive, minimally trauma, accurate, conformal tumor-inactivated method,it can also enhance the cellular immune function of patients with malignant tumor.
