炎性因子、脂肪细胞因子与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是指妊娠期发生或首次发现的糖尿病,世界各国报道发生率为1%~14%,我国的发病率为1%~5%,其中25%~85%的GDM患者会出现各种母婴并发症,对母婴危害极大,故必须引起重视。关于GDM的发病机制目前尚不十分明确,研究表明,某些炎性因子、脂肪细胞因子如C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、瘦素、脂联素等均与GDM的发生密切相关,本文旨在就其相关性进行综述。
