Th17细胞相关因子IL-17、IL-6、TGF-β及CRP在妊娠期糖尿病的作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者外周血Th17细胞相关因子及CRP的表达水平,探讨Th17细胞相关因子介尊的炎症在GDM发病机制中的作用.方法:选取GDM患者35例(GDM组),正常孕妇组50例,及健康未孕女性组40例(健康对照组),检测Th17细胞相关因子IL-17、IL-6、TGF-β、CRP及胰岛素在外周血中的水平,并分析上述细胞因子在胰岛素抵抗中的相关性.结果:与健康对照组相比较,GDM组、正常孕妇组IL-6、IL-17、TGF-β上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组与健康对照组及正常孕妇组比较,CRP、IL-17 上升更明显(P<0.05);GDM组与正常孕妇组比较TGF-β表达下调,与NGT组比较差异无统计学意义;相关性分析显示,CRP与1L-17呈正相关,与TGF-β呈负相关.结论:Th17细胞相关因子ILT7、IL-6、TGF-β在孕晩期表达上调,造成体内的持续炎症,参与胰岛素抵抗的发生,TGF-β在GDM中以调控免疫细胞分化因子的作用抑制GDM炎症的发展. Objective: To detect the expression of Th17 cell related factors and CRP in peripheral blood of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and to explore the role of Th17 cell related factor mediated inflammation in the pathogenesis of GDM. Methods: 35 cases of GDM patients (GDM group), 50 cases of normal pregnant women group and 40 cases of healthy nonpregiiant women group (healthy control group) were selected. The level of Th17 cell related factors IL-17, IL-6, TGF-β,and CRP in the peripheral blood were determined, and the correlation between cytokines in insulin resistance was analyzed. Results: Compared with the healthy control group, IL -6, IL -17 and TGF -β were significantly increased in both normal pregnant women group and GDM group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);CRP and IL-17 were increased but TGF-p was decreased significantly in GDM group compared to the healthy control group (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that CKP was positively correlated with IL-17, but negatively correlated with TGF-β. Conclusion: The expression of Th17 cell related factors IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β is up regulated in GDM, which causes inflammation in the body and participates in insulin resistance.
