摘要
通过热板法和电刺激法实验发现肌肉注射止痛4号能显著提高小鼠的痛阈值，并能显著降低醋酸致扭体反应，可见止痛4号有明显的镇痛作用；通过分析止痛4号镇痛部位的实验，发现其仅能提高小鼠炎症足的痛阈值，而对非炎症足无明显影响，推测止痛4号可能属于外周性镇痛药。
The antinociceptive effect of ZTSH in mice was dealt with in this paper.The results showed that injection of ZTSH not only enhanced the threshold of pain in the tests of tail-flick and hot-plate used to assess nociceptive sensitivity, but also reduced the writhing response in mice which was produced by acid.So,it was obviously that ZTSH had the analgesic effect. The furth test analyzing the analgesic place for ZTSH indicated that ZTSH could evidently enhance the pain threshold of inflammatory foot only, but it couldn't affect the non-inflammatory foot.So it is supposed that ZTSH may be a kind of peripheral analgesia drug.
