摘要
通过回顾近10年来相关文献,总结了中医药治疗慢性疮疡的实验研究概况。中医药治疗慢性疮疡的作用机制可能包括以下方面:促进血液循环和血管生成;促进创面生长因子的生成;抑制金属蛋白酶、调节Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的含量;调控创面修复过程中TGF-β1信号转导分子修复基因Smad3等的表达;提高纤维结合蛋白、创面氨基酸、溶菌酶的含量,增强免疫功能等。
Through consulting relevant literature, summarizing function mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic skin ulcer （CSU） , namely promoting the circulation of blood ,production of blood vessel and the injured area growth factor production ; restraining the metalloproteinase, ad- justing the content of I , 111 Collagen ; Regulating the expression in the injured area repair process of TGF-[~ 1 signal transduction member repair gene Smad3 and so on; Enhancing the content of fibronection, wound amino and lysozyme, and the enhancing immune function and so on.
