应用C-R法探讨住院患者医院感染发病率 被引量：1

摘要 目的:应用捕获再捕获法探讨住院患者医院感染发病率。方法:利用2008年医院医院感染报告系统报告资料和随机抽查出院病历资料,用C-R法住院患者医院感染率。结果:用CR法估计2008年住院患者医院感染病例数为399例,估计2008年住院患者医院感染率为4.8%。结论:可以利用两种资料来源依靠CR法校正因漏报而造成的数值误差,获得较准确的医院感染率,有利于同级别医院之间的比较。
