预浸渍Ni的CYCTS载体制备及其性质研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,结合CO2超临界干燥技术和预浸渍Ni技术,制备了含Ni的钛硅复合载体及其相应的NiW系列催化剂。通过BET、XRD、SEM、UV-VISDRS等技术,考察了不同含量的Ni对催化剂表面及物化性能的影响。用固定床连续流动微反装置,以辽河焦化蜡油为反应原料,考察了催化剂的加氢精制性能。结果表明,在载体的溶胶-凝胶法制备过程中加入NiO,其载体具有良好的介孔结构并且其比表面积比未加入前有所提升,载体表面的TiO2微晶尺寸能够得到大幅度的降低,催化剂上的Ni物种更趋向于高活性的六配位八面体的形式存在,催化剂表面的WO3的分散度能够得到大幅度的提高。采用预浸渍Ni改性的催化剂对辽河焦化蜡油的加氢精制性能明显改善,尤其是加氢脱氮性能大幅度提高,比NiW/CYCTS催化剂脱氮活性最高可提高32.4个百分点。 Using the sol-gel method and CO2 supercritical drying technology and preimpregnated Ni technology,technicians developed a Ni-containing Ti-Si composite carrier and its corresponding NiW catalysts.Using BET,XRD,SEM,UV-VIS DRS and some other technologies,they examined the effects of varying Ni contents on the surface and physical and chemical properties of catalysts.The hydrotreating performance of catalysts was also examined in a fixed-bed continuous-flow micro-reactor,using CGO from the Liaohe Oilfield as feedstock.Experimental results show that with the addition of NiO in the preparation of the carrier using the sol-gel method,the carrier produced has good mesoporous structure and that its specific surface area increased as compared with before the addition of NiO.In addition ,the crystallite size of TiO2 at the surface of the carrier dropped significantly,the Ni species in catalysts tend to be highly active six-coordination octahedral structure and the dispersity of WO3 at the surface of catalysts improved considerably.The catalysts modified using the preimpregnated Ni method significantly improved the hydrotreating performance of CGO from the Liaohe Oilfield.Particularly the catalysts can enhance the HDN performance of CGO by up to 32.4% over that of NiW/CYCTS catalysts.
