摘要
在实验室通过把钼酸铵和磷酸铵水溶液进行沉淀、焙烧并在650℃的H_2气氛下还原制得磷化钼加氢精制催化剂。XRD检测表明在还原产物中有纯的磷化钼生成。在氢流量26mL/min、反应压力3.0MPa条件下,以制备的磷化钼为活性组分、以SiC为稀释剂的催化剂通过模型化合物吡啶、噻吩和环己烯分别对其HDN、HDS及加氢降烯烃的反应性能进行了考察。测得磷化钼加氢催化剂反应的适宜条件为:空速3mL/g·h、氢油体积比500、温度340℃。
A molybdenum phosphide catalyst was prepared in laboratory from an aqueous solution of ammonium molybdate and ammonium phosphate by precipitation, calcination and subsequent reduction in hydrogen atmosphere at 650℃. The XRD measurements revealed that pure molybdenum phosphide had formed in the reduction product. The reaction performance of the catalyst with the prepared molybdenum phosphide as active component and SiC as diluent was tested by the using of pyri-dine, thiophene and cyclohexene as model compounds to investigate its HDS, HDN and olefin reduction activities respectively. Under a hydrogen flow rate of 26mL/min and a pressure of 3. OMPa, the obtained suitable reaction condition was a space velocity of 3mL/g · h, hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 500 and a temperature of 340℃
