摘要
在不同Zn 水平下, 研究了缺锌对玉米基因型Zn 动力学和根系分泌氨基酸的影响。结果表明:3 个玉米基因型( 铁单4 、白单9 和四单8) 在缺锌条件下,白单9 表现出较强的锌亲合力和耐缺锌的能力。3
Kniectics of zinc uptake by maizes root from water culture and amino acids exudated from maizes root in difference zinc level were studied. The results shown that Baidan 9 display powerful affinity of zinc and capacity to bear in deficiency zinc in 3 genotypes maizes(Tiedan 4,Baidan 9 and Tiedan 4). The amount of amino acids exudated by maize roots in deficiency zinc increased prominently in 3 genotypes maizes.
