摘要
目的探讨应用高速双线性玻璃体切割手术系统治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)的临床疗效。方法选择增殖型PDR患者40例(46眼),其中合并牵拉性视网膜脱离29例(31眼),采用高速双线性玻璃体切割手术系统实施玻璃体手术,术中或术后行全视网膜光凝,随访3～12个月(平均7.2个月),观察手术效果及手术并发症。结果术后视力提高38眼(82.6%),视网膜脱离术后均得到复位;术中发生医源性视网膜裂孔5眼,术后玻璃体积血6眼,持续性高眼压5眼,虹膜红变及新生血管性青光眼2眼。结论采用高速双线性玻璃体切割手术系统治疗PDR疗效明显,手术安全性更高、操控更方便。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of proliferative diabetic retinopathy （PDR） by using high speed dual linear vitrectomy system.Methods Forty PDR patients （46 eyes） were studied.In these cases,29 patients （31 eyes） were accompanied with tractional retina detachment.All these eyes received vitrectomy surgery using speed dual linear vitrectomy system.Pan-retinal photo-coagulation was carried out during operation or after the operation.The surgical effect and complications were followed up of 3~12 （mean 7.2） months.Results Visual acuity was improved in 38 eyes （82.6%） and retina detachment was successfully repaired.The main operation complications included iatrogenic retion tear in 5 eyes,vitreous hemorrhage in 6 eyes,persist bulbi hypertonia in 5 eyes and rubeosis iridis or neovascular glaucoma in 2 eyes.Conclusion High speed dual linear vitrectomy system had satisfactory curative effect on PDR.The surgery had high security and was easy to handle.
