微创玻璃体切割系统主动硅油取出手术 被引量:4

摘要 硅油用于处理复杂性视网膜脱离具有良好的临床疗效,但长期充填会产生许多并发症,需要适时取出。传统硅油取出方法一般采用20G巩膜切口,对眼组织损伤较大,手术后反应较重。随着小规格玻璃体视网膜手术的逐步开展,其手术后反应轻,愈合快的优点越来越明显。国外有用25G套管取出1000mm^2/s硅油的尝试,我们采用23G/25G玻璃体切割系统实施硅油取出手术。现将结果报道如下。
