NF-κB与VCAM-1在子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨核因子κBp65(NF-κBp65)、血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)在子痫前期发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测NF-κBp65、VCAM-1在42例子痫前期患者和30例正常妊娠孕妇胎盘组织中的表达情况。结果:子痫前期患者胎盘组织中NF-κBp65、VCAM-1显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且两者成正相关(r=0.59,P<0.01)。结论:子痫前期患者胎盘组织中NF-κBp65活化升高,进而诱导VCAM-1生成增多。
