成分变化对铜-二硫化钼-石墨复合材料电磨损性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Component Change on Electrical Wear Properties of Cu-MoS_2-G Composites

摘要 采用粉末冶金法在H2保护气氛下制备铜-二硫化钼-石墨复合材料,对其进行物相分析,并通过改变材料中MoS2与石墨的含量,研究成分变化对复合材料电磨损性能的影响。结果表明:石墨在烧结过程中不参与反应,而MoS2与基体反应生成新相。随着复合材料中MoS2含量的增加和石墨含量的降低,电刷与换向器之间的接触电压降上升,摩擦系数增大,石墨含量最低时磨损量值最大并且出现火花磨损现象。 The Cu-MoS2-G composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method in H2 protective atmosphere. The phases were analyzed and the effect of compotent change on electrical wear properties of Cu-MoS2-G composite was studied by changing the content of MoS2 and graphite. The results show that graphite have no change and MoS2 re- acts with matrix into new compounds. With the increase of MoS2 and the decrease of graphite , the contact voltage drop between the brush and the commutator gradually increases and the friction coefficient also increases. The wear extent reaches to the maximum at the lowest content of graphite and the electric spark appears at the same time.
