摘要
铜碳载流摩擦材料运用广泛,随着科技的发展,对其要求越来越高。铜碳载流摩擦材料常用的成形工艺是粉末冶金工艺。铜碳粉末冶金载流摩擦材料是载流摩擦材料的重要研究领域。综述了铜碳粉末冶金载流摩擦材料的成分设计、碳增强体的表面处理及粉末冶金工艺的研究情况。并指出了铜碳载流摩擦材料的发展方向。
It is very popular to be in use Cu-C sliding contact material, its properties have to be improved with science and teehnology developing. In general, powder metallurgy is main process for Cu-C sliding contact material. Cu-C sliding contact materials with electrical current produced by powder metallurgy, is an important field of research of sliding eontact materials with electrical current. The development of the material, including matrix alloying research, surface treatment of carbon reinforcement and production techniques is briefly reviewed, also, the direct of future research on it is shown.
