摘要
以针对特殊用途设计的大型梁板组合焊接的桁架结构为研究对象,研究其CAD设计结构在模拟实际负载实验中,桁架梁挠度变化在满足设计指标要求的前提下,桁架结构设计的有效性分析方法问题。由于桁架结构的特殊性,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过合理建立桁架结构的有限元模型、荷载施加处理、恰当选择材料模型及结构单元参数,完成了既定桁架设计结构受载时的数值仿真分析研究。与实验结果的对比表明,仿真结果与实验结果基本相符,验证了该分析方法的合理有效性。
This article takes a kind of big jointing joist-frame for special use as objects, studies the method of the framework of CAD under the guideline of joist-frame yield and in the act load experiment. For the particularity of joist-frame. In this paper, finish the numerical simulation of the shaped joist-frame under load condition by finite element method of ANSYS software, under founding finite element model of joist-frame, dealing with load, setting material model and cell parameter in reason. The result of simulation and the experiment is similar, and it oroved that the method is correct and validity
