摘要
人类社会对残疾的认识和态度经历了残疾的医疗模式、社会模式以及权利模式的演变。同时,残疾人本身也走过了从救济对象到权利主体的历史嬗变过程,逐渐形成了新型残疾人观。我们应当以社会模式与权利模式相结合的新型残疾人观为指导,采取多种措施促进残疾人社会参与和融合。
The awareness and attitude of the human toward disability has undergone the transition from the medical model, and then the social model, to the right model, and has form a new concept of the disabled, accompanied by the historical evolution from the relief object to the subject of right for the status of the handicapped. We should take the new concept of the disabled which combine the social model with the right model as a guide, and take various measures to promote social participation and integration of persons with disabilities.
