摘要
通过对嘉兴市食用菌产业的调查,简要展示了近五年的食用菌生产发展情况,着重阐述了嘉兴市目前食用菌生产中存在的几个主要问题,并针对产业现状提出了发展对策。
According to the investigation the current situation of mushroom industry in Jiaxing, this paper displayeu briefly the development of mushroom production in the last five years, focused on several existing problems on the current production of edible mushroom, and put forward some development strategies in view of the existing situation.
